pouches, pouches everywhere

Ok slight exaggeration they're not everywhere but they are now on my Facebook page. Now that kids are back at school I'm slowly winding up the gears towards having The Ochil Tree fully stocked.

My plan is to add things to my Facebook page first and then a couple of days later list them on Folksy so Facebook fans gets first shout on new items.

I have a load of stuff to do and I'm pondering many things like should I start blogging as The Ochil Tree as well as Sew Quine? I have a blogger and wordpress blog set up be not used, a bit like The Ochil Tree Twitter profile that I've not sent a single tweet from tsk tsk! Marketing genius I am not!

So I'm wondering should I have an Etsy shop as well as Folksy or even a stand alone online shop and on and on it goes...... then there's craft fairs - worth the hassle or not?

I know.... I need to do less thinking and more making so tomorrows job is to list these on Folksy and then make some more stuff!

Oh my it appears that a new series of Dallas is on the telly not sure if I want to watch or not? Dashes off to see if my 'I shot JR' mug is still in the cupboard :)

See you soon.

Your pouches are lovely. No idea about all the serious questions. My one tentative step into craft fairs was so disappointing with such hard work up to it that I cannot give an unbiased opinion. But I think that you make brilliant stuff that should sell well.

Those pouches are all so cute, Nikki! Good luck on the decision making!

Your pouches are great and so well presented. I think the trouble with craft fairs is you need so much stock to make the cost of your table worth while, unless you shared?

The pouches look fab! Kat knows all about local craft fairs if you can manage to catch up with her at a guild sewing day!

First episode of Dallas was way better than expected. Not watched the other 9 yet though...

Oh my goodness - your poor little brain must be hurting from asking so many questions!!

Your purses look fantastic though so I'm sure you'll do well whatever you do. I really think you should thing about approaching local shops to stock your things, people NEED to see (and touch) your lovely work :)
