gotta get a lotta

Echo has hit the fabric shops here this week. Oh my this fabric collection is fantastic! What's not to love about the colours, lovely bold graphic prints, cross hatching? It's not often that a whole range really hits the mark for me, quite often I'll like one or two designs in a collection but am not be too fussed about the rest. No such problem with Echo by Lotta Jansdotter I love it all. What fabulous cushions, bags, quilts could be made with this range..aah if I had to choose one range to use for the rest of my days it would be this one. I know that's a bit rash but honestly I really love this stuff...can you tell?

So go on tell me what your all time favourite fabric collection is, or is that just too difficult to answer?

Bye for now

Definitely too hard to answer. I love most anything by Heather Ross, especially Far, Far Away. But then there's Little Apples and many, many Japanese import fabrics. Of course, my wallet hasn't been full enough to purchase any of them. But a girl can dream, right? :)

Ooooh, that's pretty! But don't ask awkward questions ;o) It totally depends what I want to use it for. For instance, I love Sherbet Pips and Little Apples for little items, and a quilt, perhaps, but wouldn't make a big bag or clothes from them.

Tough question! I've never been in love with an entire line before, but most anything by Joel Dewberry works for me. I love this line, too. That botanical looking print, the one in yellow, grey, and maybe brown (?) not sure what to call it really...LOVE it!!

Ooh lovely fabric! An immediate favourite collection that comes to mind is Monaco by Monaluna - the funkiness and colours are fab!

Oh my goodness! I don't think I can answer that question - I change my mind too often! Thanks for sharing this collection, though! It's amazing. Now please excuse me while I trot off to see where I can buy myself some echo..... ;-)

I love Echo too, especially the smaller seed heads - some of them remind me of Lisa Stickley. I'm saving my money for the Summersville collection by Lu Summers over at Blu-shed.

That is soooooo difficult to answer! My 'favourite' changes every time I browse The Fat Quarter shop!

I must say though, this one you have shown us is VERY you!
