Michelle's shop has a beginners section on the right hand tool bar. I've made the Grocery Bag which is a beginner pattern and it comes out great! I think the pleated pouch and the envelope pouches look good too but I've not made them yet. The Small Satchel is in the beginner section too how about that one. Michelle's patterns are really clear and well laid out so perfect for a first time bag maker.
